Job Description : MD PLASTICS THAILAND a Thai plastic resin manufacturer based in Chonburi. You will responsible for overall business operations. As the Managing Director, you will be leading a business size about THB1 billion with team size of 150 people based from Chonburi. Responsible to develop and improve working process, efficient and effective work flow to optimise profitability Responsible for business operations and/or day-to-day operation and supervise the overall operations in line with objectives, articles of association as well as vision, mission, policies,business strategies, goals and operating plan, financial goals and budget Responsible for company profit and loss Ensures work environments are adequate and safe. Oversees manufacturing, purchasing, and sales departments, ensuring each is reaching goals set by departmental and company leadership The successful candidates must have a minimum of twenty five years in plastic out of which eight plus years of working experiences general management and operation management in manufacturing industry. University Degree in Engineering or Business Administration is a must MBA is preferred Excellent communications in Thai and English ( preferred) This Thai plastic resin manufacturer needs has great clients portfolio.
