Experience leading and motivating subordinates to promote employee engagement. Experience developing a high performance management team. Oversee all business operations and activities to ensure they produce the desired results. Review financial and non-financial reports to devise solutions or improvements. Experience in the management and resolution of internal and/or business conflicts Maintain in-depth knowledge of the company's markets and industry.
