25 yearsJob Description : FINANCE AND ADMIN HEAD SPAIN Reporting to the General Director, you will be responsible for the successful operation of the Finance department, leading the Finance Team. Responsibilities: · Contribute to the development of policies and procedures and ensure their implementation. · Oversee the preparation of reporting, reviewing and challenging the results as appropriate and taking responsibility for the accuracy of the results. · Manage the annual closing process and the annual budgeting process. · Provide regular monthly information on financial management to the General Management. · Act as a business partner of the management in making business decisions. · Maintain key relationships with external advisors including Auditors, Tax, Legal and Banking. Requirements: · Degree in Business Administration, Finance or similar. · +25 years of experience in similar positions. Valuable experience in industrial distribution sector. · Strong analytical skills. An agile, collaborative and consultative work style. · Ability to manage and develop a team of people · Strong user of Excel · Valuable experience in Navision · Fluent level in Spanish and English.
