Job Description : Project Head Location, Doha, Qatar Qualification & Skills University Degree in Mechanical / Electrical Engineering Minimum 25+ years of related professional experience, out of which 15 years as Project Manager in similar roles in Design and Built District Cooling Plants in the region Good knowledge of Chilled Water & Condenser Water system, HT/LT Electrical installation, BMS system and SCADA Successful completion of minimum three stick-built district cooling plants in the region Ability to lead project teams of various sizes and see them through to completion Strong understanding of formal project management methodologies Establishing effective project communication plans and ensuring their execution Coordinating with cross-discipline team members to make sure that all parties are on track with project requirements, deadlines, and schedules.
