Head Costing and Budget

Job Description : HEAD COSTING AND BUDGET NIGERIA 20+ years experience Plan, organize and direct all the activities of the Cost Accounting and Budgeting function. Develop, present, and oversee cost sheets of each process, pre-process, Auxiliaries and support process, prepare financial budgets on an annual and monthly basis. Ensure all budgets and financial processes align with company goals. Collaborate with executives, project managers, and cross-departmental leadership to set budget goals and ensure they're followed. Prepare reports of variance analysis and various MIS and support management for decision making Core Functional Area Preparation of Cost Sheet and allocation of common cost on actual data with reconciliation with Trial Balance / PL A/C. Preparation of Annual and Monthly Budgets in close coordination with functional heads and analyses with variance analysis with actuals and discuss and display the same to senior management on regular basis. Preparation of various MIS reports related to efficiency and technical parameters of various process. 2 3 years experience is desirable Desired Skills/Experience Preferably from Steel Industry but not compulsory IT Knowledge of SAP / Navision will be an added advantage Sound knowledge of Excel, MS Word, Power Point presentation Worked on any budgeting tool like SAB, Cognos etc. would be an added advantage
