15 yearsJob Description : SENIOR SALES MANAGER BRAZIL FOR EQUIPMENT Japanese multinational, leader in its segments and with a relevant presence in Brazil, with approximately 3000 employees and 2 plants. In particular, its equipment and products support large companies in the agribusiness, construction and commodities segments. Main activities: - Manage the sale of equipment for the Global Account of a Mining client, being primarily responsible for the regular (daily) management of the global GSAA (Global Strategic Alliance Agreement) contracts, focusing on the sale of Equipment, being the single point for negotiations commercials; - Focus on ensuring that the expectations of the customer, the OEM's and the company are met, seeking differentiated solutions that achieve the results defined for the commercial area related to the sale of equipment; - This professional will be the point of contact for all alliance negotiations (GSAA) with the main client (large mining company) and will lead the detailed discussions with the client and the preparation of all documents, analyzes and proposals that will be required. It expects that the discussion of a new alliance with the client will take a minimum period of 12 months with regular and intense negotiations. - After signing the alliance, this professional will be the point of contact to ensure the proper management of all topics related to the sale of equipment, considering prices, price adjustments, equipment specs, discussion of trial to buy opportunities, among others. Required : - Experience in the Mining and Construction segment; - Computer skills and elaboration of Commercial and Technical Proposals; - Knowledge in fleet management technologies, CI projects and equipment specifications; - Bachelor's degree, preferably in Engineering or Administration; - Desirable Specialization or MBA in Business or Finance; - Desirable networking in the mining segment; – 15+ years of experience; - Mandatory fluent English (Spanish will be a differential) - Sense of ownership and responsibility; - Strong commercial and negotiation skills; - Good resilience and ability to meet deadlines; - Willingness to travel.
