Deputy Director

Job Description : DEPUTY DIRECTOR SPAIN FOR TELECOM PROJECTS An important company dedicated to the engineering of telecommunications projects and, to a lesser extent, renewable energy (solar PV) is looking for a Deputy Director for its headquarters in the south of Valencia. The position offers stability and professional growth. Reporting to the General Director, he will be responsible for ensuring optimal development and growth of all areas of the company. The main functions of this position are: Help lead and manage all areas of the company Develop and/or consolidate the marketing, HR and financial departments Design an efficient work plan Optimize the processes of the company taking advantage of the economic resources, facilities and operations in order to obtain a higher performance Support the Director General in strategic work Carry out business development tasks to expand the client/project portfolio KAM practice with existing clients A technical profile is required, preferably with an Engineering degree + MBA, with at least 15 years of experience in similar positions. It is preferable to have a good knowledge of the regulatory framework in Spain, as well as the state of the art of current networks/technologies. The profile must have an excellent capacity for global analysis, be a person with great leadership skills. It is essential to have great communication and team management skills.
