Job Description : PROJECT DIRECTOR INDIA Project Director Job Location :- Mumbai/Baroda/PAN India Qualification and Experience:- a)Minimum 20-25 years of experience with B.E / B.Tech in Civil / Mechanical / Electrical /and MBA background b) Experience in handling EPC medium / large size projects of Hydrocarbon Sector, especially in Field development /offshore/ refinery & petrochemical EPC / Composite Construction Projects. c) Experience with reputed International Oil & Gas EPC consultant/contracting Company in GCC Countries would be preferred JD :- 1) Responsible for P&L of the project 2)Customer Relations Management 3)Project Controls & Claim Management 4)Overall Responsible for the EPC project 5)Determine and implement the exact needs of the Client as per Contract & Specification 6)Ensure that Project activities move according to predetermined schedule 7)Ensure Project milestones and commercial controls are achieved by effective planning including logistics and execution 8)Leads project team through a regular system of contract reviews to identify & manage risks, monitor operational performance against the agreed timescales, and instigates corrective action where appropriate 9)Co-ordinate the efforts of all parties involved in the project, which include the architects, consultants, contractors, sub-contractors and laborers. 10)Always customer oriented structured, systematic and proactive approach to implement any system including ISO 11) Create the teams, develop the objectives/goals of each and assign individual responsibilities 12) Ensures compliance with all corporate commercial practices and standards
