Operations Head

Job Description : OPERATIONS HEAD GCC OUT OF UAE a growing multi-faceted F&B manufacturing business on in their search for a Head of Operations. As a Head of Operations, you will head all Operations / Manufacturing functions across the business including but not limited to operations, P&L management and training to ensure the reputation of the company is maintained at the highest level. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES Generate and implement strategies to improve service levels and efficiency throughout the organisation Develop and implement standard operating procedures and policies to drive efficiency across business operations Oversee business performance and set up consequent monthly targets, KPIs and goals in line with the company’s vision Oversee management personnel including developing, promoting, corrective counselling, mentoring, evaluating performance and providing positive feedback to area managers and restaurant managers Develops financial objectives consistent with company objectives Directly accountable for the budget and profitability of the department Ensure compliance with accounting policies and procedures Ensure proper repair and maintenance of food service equipment; initiate capital budget to replace, and remodel equipment and facilities KEY INGREDIENTS Previous experience managing multiple sites Understanding of finance and budgeting, including profit and loss, balance sheet and cash-flow management Ability to build consensus and relationships among managers, partners, and employees Experience in management, operations, and leadership Excellent client relationship management skills Experience in the MENA Region.
