HR Management professional with more than 14 years of experience in HR leadership, Recruitment in large scale, Talent Acquisition & Talent Management, Campus Hiring,HR concept, strategy planning, Manpower planning, Employee Engagement, Data Analytics, MIS, Complete responsibility for talent acquisition/Campus hiring as per the TAT and approved business plan Manpower planning, receiving manpower requisition, assessing manpower needs, preparing JD, with concern Department Heads. Handling complete Recruitment Life Cycle - Sourcing, Screening, Short listing, Salary Negotiations and Reference Checks. Conduct exit interview responses and highlight to the management to understand the issues facing employees and the primary reasons for exit.
