Job Description : NETWORK HEAD SEA OUT OF THAILAND FOR AUTO An exciting SEA Head of Network ( x 1 Vacancy) has recently become available a leading global automotive suppliers based in Bangkok. You will be leading the network strategies for SEA market. As the SEA Head of Network, you will be responsible for creating a strong network to leverage on Pull Impact to through workshop connect, concepts, training and downstream customer solutions. Responsible to execute and support regional access to market strategy Responsible to develop regional network strategy to reach POS/POR/POD (point of sales; repair and decision) e.g. fleets; workshop or service points/partners where needed Drives regional support for service readiness based on regional network Deploy the customer proximity in collaboration within region, sub zones and countries Co-Develops and deploys the network including scope, concepts, expansion, contracting, auditing together with Domain C&S and the regional Network & Service Management Defines initiatives to differentiate through unique customer proximity solutions Continue growing technical support, developing our technical competences per area, through continuously improved ways of managing our network Develop an accountable, collaborative, diverse, entrepreneurial and passionate team The successful candidates must have at least 10 years of working experience in related field is required for this position preferably with robust distribution and service network knowledge for the passenger car business segment. Candidate must possess at least Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical Engineering or equivalent Good team player, resourceful, strong sense of responsibility Customer-centric attitude based on outside-in perspective and strong knowledge of service and network needs for fleets Strong leadership skills and proven ability to lead in complex matrix organisations Open minded to all changes include of process & etc
