Job Description : MECHANICAL MAINTENANCE MANAGER BILBAO SPAIN 15+ years experience Mechanical Maintenance Manager, to join the team of a leading industrial company of reference in the iron and steel sector. Reporting to the Maintenance Department, and in charge of a qualified and experienced team, it will be responsible for designing, planning, implementing and supervising preventive, predictive and corrective maintenance activities for machines and facilities throughout the plant within the mechanical area. It will plan and supervise corrective maintenance operations, the preventive plan, subcontractor management, and everything related to the proposal of improvement actions, being actively involved in the analysis of faults and their resolution. The required profile must provide: Training in Industrial Engineering Solid professional experience as Manager of maintenance teams in heavy and complex industrial environments Strong leadership, ability to manage teams High commitment and time availability
