CAPEX and Maintenance Manager

Job Description : CAPEX AND MAINTENANCE MANAGER SPAIN We are looking for a person responsible for the purchase of materials and maintenance of facilities and facilities for the agricultural sector. Position based on Segovia province. Reporting to the Director of Operations, the functions of the position are: Preparation and execution of maintenance plans for facilities, machinery and facilities within the EMEA scope. Purchases of materials from a local supplier. Implementation and standardization of processes in the different sites and proposal of improvements to improve efficiency and cost. Budget and planning of structures and machinery. Training as a Technical Engineer, Agronomist or Industrial Engineer. 15 years of experience in agricultural production, especially irrigation and greenhouses. Demonstrable high level of English and desirable French. Person with good analytical and organizational skills. Essential experience in negotiation and problem solving.
