Direct, supervise and manage the Department of Production, Works and Technical Office Implement the company strategy to the different departments Ensure the operational development of the company's activity Manage the internal resources of the departments it manages Optimize processes for efficiency and continuous improvement Control and monitor the costs and economic margins of the company Lead the team of Project Managers and their personnel in charge Coordinate with the Purchasing Department With a degree in Industrial, Civil Engineering or similar, you will contribute at least 10/15 years of proven experience in the construction sector as Group Leader or Operations Leader/Director, in a building construction company.
