Commercial Finance Manager

Job Description : COMMERCIAL FINANCE MANAGER SPAIN Leading FMCG multinational is looking for a Commercial Finance Manager for its offices in Madrid. Reporting to the Commercial Finance Director, and collaborating within an EMEA teams, your key responsabilities will be: Ownership of category P&L, including all budgets, forecasts and management reporting Business Partnering on commercial proposals on key accounts, oversee rebate programs all the while delicately balancing price / volume / profitability. Business partnering on value creation projects such as further expanding and maintaining the commercial plan Forecasting and S&OP cycle for the channel, supporting the creation and execution of excellent commercial plans Perform ad hoc financial analysis to support key business decisions channel Improve business decision making through strategic review of full end-to-end P&L profitability covering distribution, depreciation and headcount Business Management Degree or similar At least 12+years of experience within similar roles Expertise in FMCG and Business Partnering International Accounting Standards knowledge for revenue reporting Team management experience Previous experience in a Big 4 will be a plus Very high level of English and Spanish is a must Strong communication and strategic thinking in order to deliver results
