15 yearsJob Description : Head of Global compensation & Rewards Location – Dubai,United Arab Emirates Experience – Min 15 Years of experience in managing multi-country C&B. Headcount Managed – 10-15K Employees Liable for the establishment, application and management of salary, bonus and benefits packages for the employees of an organization. Responsible to review the salary structure and ensure relevant market benchmarking and consistency of application. Designing and implementing relevant and intuitive compensation schemes. Having the latest market knowledge particularly in relation to benefits and pay. Ability to align the reward policy with the business objectives. Experience of managing a team of people. Excellent project management skills. Posses at least 15 years of domain work experience. Should have implemented the compensation structure/plans for multiple countries for a headcount of 10-15K Employees. Expert in Executive Comp. Post graduate in human resources.
