Job Description : GROUP CFO MUMBAI INDIA Leading listed company having manufacturing unit and operations in India and abroad. 45-50 years age CA + SAP/Systems certification preferred Minimum 20 years years, last 5 years in leadership role interacting / CFO with Senior Stakeholders. Initial system driven MNC / large Indian companies -- followed by a family owned group - leading aggressive growth Process/ continuous engineering sector Must have handled business with annual TO of around Rs 700 -1000 crs Has lead the implementation, training and acceptance of SAP - multi entity / multi location Debt funding / equity funding / JVs/ M&As / Due diligence International experience / handling international operations a definite advantage Finalization, Treasury, Consolidation, Corporate finance, stat/tax/internal audit, MIS, Reporting Listed company exp SEBI/MCA) Extensive travel / stay in factory Has worked in ethical companies OK for frequent travel / long outstation stays Active role in growth of a company / group
