Job Description : CEO ENGINEERING SERVICES MUMBAI INDIA This position is with a Mumbai based 1500cr well established 50 year old business group - professionally managed, family-owned conglomerate with multiple business lines, doing business in India and Globally. The company is part of the above business group and has a turnover of about 100cr. The are a leader in the field of technology-oriented services (Data analytics services & software) to oil & gas clients in Asia, Middle-East and Africa. The company is looking to grow rapidly – organically, inorganically or via collaboration: - In international markets - Increasing technology enabled services to oil & gas sector - Diversifying outside of oil & gas sector with technology-based services to new markets The company targets to grow to a revenue size of about INR 300 Cr by 2025. Expectations from the CEO: - Developing business and overseeing operations - Managing leadership transition of change in management - Complete business management Candidate specifications - Around 20-25 years of experience including at least 5 years with complete P&L accountability. - Grounding in technology enabled engineering products and services (Data analytics services & software, Product and related services) - Must have serviced customer from these industrie: Minerals, O&G, Gas, Water sensing, Flow sensing and related - Candidates must be “entrepreneurial” in nature – with a track record of developing a new business line leading to a sustainable business built with underlying highly ethical values thru a mix of organic, inorganic growth and collaborations. - Good exposure to technology enabled projects, solutions and services not limited to supply of products only. The position is based in Mumbai and may need to travel frequently in India and abroad
