Job Description : FACTORY MANAGER NIGERIA Oversees and facilitates recycling pickup and drop-off programs, ensuring compliance with government guidelines. Oversees the coordinations of recycling collection schedules to optimize service quality and efficiency; assigns technicians and truck drivers to routes. Coordinates shipments of recyclable materials to processing companies Good understanding of the market & the competition Provide more value to recycling patners and vendors by controlling commodity and waste services with long-term contracts. Partnering with sales team to establish and meet facility sales goals, identifying and targeting market segments Ensures ontime erection, installation and commissioning of machines. Develops of Standard Operating Procedure (SOP) for the Plant Plans and excute production for the plant Ensures achievment of the predetermined production targets Maintaining hygiene at the plant at all times Ensuring timely maintenance of the equipments to keep the plant in Healthy Condition Ensuring finished goods are despatched within stipulated time period Developing strategy for New Product Categories Ensuring timely planning for local procurement achieving Production & Project Targets Ensuring Availability of Raw Material & Spares at all times Ensuring procurements are in line with the specifications. Ensuring procurements are in line with desired quality & within budget. Ensuring product quality as per specifications mentioned in purchase order Ensuring quality analysis is done as per standards Ensuring compliance of all quality norms for finished goods Monitoring of Plant Spare Inventory Monitoring & timely availablity of stock of Raw Material Monitoring & review of stocks and movement of Finished Goods Ensuring manufacturing expenses are in line with budgets Initiating measures to control costs Ensuring culture of cost control across the plant Ensuring production in accordance with the proposed norms by the Pollution Control Board Ensuring all statutory compliances Dealing with all government authorities and agencies as desired Ensuring Health & Safety process are implemented & complied with Developing relations with all local bodies, departments & people Recruitment of the staff as per the approved structure Budgeting Manpower & the structure for the business Ensuring KRA's are defined for all employees Periodic review of the performance of the employees Training & motivation of the staff Identification of the potential employees for higher responsibilities Minimum 15 Years experience in Pet bottle recycling/ Polyester fiber industry/ B2B rPET( bottle grade rpet from used pet bottles, from pet scrap to pet flakes and from pet flakes to b2b recycled pet resin).
