Job Description : General Manager Accounts @Spicejet Ltd. for Qualified CA with 15 to 20 Yrs of experience. Key Responsibilities: Finalization of monthly / quarterly / Annual financials under Ind AS To co-ordinate with Statutory Auditors for completion of Audit / Limited Review of Annual/ Quarterly Financials To co-ordinate with Internal Auditors for completion of Quarterly Audit Ensuring compliance of requirement of Statutory Auditors, Internal Auditors and Tax Consultants Setup appropriate Accounting system to cater the requirement of Law, Accounting Standard, Indian GAAP, Core Competencies General Accounting & handling Audit Expertise in finalization of Financials under Ind AS Preparation of MIS relating to Financials Accounting Experience in SAP Environment Detail oriented and ability to work independently
