Job Description : DEPUTY CEO GEORGIA ) To contribute effectively in finalization and implementation of strategic business goals to expand the Fertilizer business of the Company ii) Management of Internal & external stakeholder to ensure achievement of business plans in a sustainable manner 1. Develop and ensure preparation of Planning & Budgeting (P & B) documents long term and short-term plans for the Business, consistent with Business requirements for growth, profitability and return on capital deployed. 2. Direct and oversee all aspects of the fertiliser Units operation in a manner which enables both short- and long-term plans to be achieved. 3. Establish and oversee systems & process related to finance, commerce and legal aspects, so as to achieve set targets and maintain financial discipline. 4. Direct and review Units sales and realisation plan and marketing 5. To maximise the profits and turnover of Urea business. 6. Direct and ensure effective management of people to develop, and create performance-oriented work culture and guide to maintain healthy employer-employee relations. 7. Direct and ensure effective people management to develop and create performance-oriented work culture. 8. Ensure safe working conditions and pollution free environment & HSE compliances. 9. Effective implementation of CSR programmes 10. Guide various Department on implementation of various initiatives such as ESG, Gender Equality, Labour and working conditions, Organisation Architect, Stakeholders & Grievance Management, ESS.
