Job Description : PLANT HEAD GEORGIA FOR UREA 1. Will be overall responsible for the smooth and safe operations of the Urea Plant 2. Will also be responsible for the production planning as per Business plan to achieve the Annual Business Plan targets and manage the urea production team 1. To achieve the targeted production & On-stream days at optimum cost with optimum utilization of available resources. 2. Manufacturing of value-added products like Zinc coated & Sulphur Coated Urea. 3. Plan & ensure product quality within specified parameter & On time delivery. 4. Ensure cost of production within budgeted cost 5. Debottlenecking studies for enhancing plant capacity by way of modification & installation of new equipment 6. To ensure quality of the product and environment within specified norms. Ensuring zero customer complaints by adopting QMS. 7. Contribute to operation efficiency and ensure training skill development 8. Continual improvement in operational efficiency of the plants by optimization of process parameters, eliminating wastages and implementation of innovative ideas 9. Increasing the profitability of the company, by reducing the cost of production without sacrificing quality 10 Adhere to the ESG guidelines & ensure the safety parameters to be complied 11. HSE compliance adherence in operations i.e., Execution of Emissions, Effluent management, Injury prevention Bachelor of Technology in Chemical Engineering with more than 15 years of experience in Urea Production in a Fertiliser plant The Company provides attractive Tax Free Salary in USD, Fully furnished accommodation, Company maintained Car and other attractive perquisites.
