Job Description : HSE LEAD GEORGIA 1. To monitor the effective implementation of appropriate Safety and Environment System, procedures and provide for their updating in line with changes in Legislation 2. Preparation compliances of Environmental social governance (ESG) as per International standards 3. Plan and control to ensure effective Sustainability framework, covering operations and practices. 1. Prepare Plan and guide the respective Heads for execution of HSE & Sustainability compliance 2. Ensure preparation and review HSE Standards/ Guidelines / SOP as per National & International Standards requirement and its execution 3. Coordinate with corporate on HSE & Sustainability matters 4. Promote safety initiatives and implement international safety standards (IFC/EBRD/OSHA) such as working at height, isolation, confined space, machine guarding, electrical safety, vehicle & driving, crane & lifting, rail safety, hot & welding work 5. Ensure and assist other departments in carrying out job safety analysis and risk assessment 6. Conducts safety meetings, audits, and inspections to ensure compliance, evaluate performance, identify corrective action, and implement follow up assessments. 7. Plans, implements, and conducts preventative care, safety, and compliance training & safety motivational programs. 8. Ensure that all maintenance & project work is performed in accordance with approved manuals, internal policies and procedures, contract documents, and good engineering practices. 9. Review existing policies and procedures to ensure industrial & workplace safety and ensure effective emergency management 10. Adhere to all the rules and regulations and maintain compliance with all safety regulations, ESG Compliance 11. Standardize health and safety in order to remain consistent and make sure the PPE availability in plant 12.Regular plant visit and hazard identification, elimination, near miss reporting, accident investigation by RCA technique, upkeeping the data, identify hazardous waste and its correct dispose-off method Graduate candidate having 15 years plus experience as a safety specialist in manufacturing Sector and worked on IMS/ISO/OHSAS The Company offers attractive Tax free salary in US Dollars, Fully furnished accommodation, Company transportation and other attractive perquisites.
