Job Description : PLANT OPERATIONS DIRECTOR THAILAND FOR FLEXI PACKAGING n this business critical role you will be responsible for defining the business operations and strategies to drive business performance to achieve its goal. Ensure day to day operations for all the departments especially focused on plant productions but not limit to HR & finance Lead and drive plant performance, profitability and act as a focal point in support commercial team and ensure business opportunity is archived Ensure highest world class manufacturing with highest standard in all aspect of operations Lead and develop HOD to strive for success and achieve individual and cooperates target To succeed in this Plant Operation Director - Flexible Packaging role, you must have proven track records of leading the packaging business in management level for at least three years, experience in blown film extrusion will be advantage. Bachelor's degree or higher in Engineering or related field Demonstrated leadership of large diverse teams in a manufacturing environment Proven ability to work with diverse cross-functional teams to achieve outcomes, solve problems and improve processes Good analytical, interpersonal, communication and influencing skills
