FP & A Director

Job Description : FP & A DIRECTOR MADRID SPAIN Global energy company is looking to recruit a FP&A Director based in Madrid. Functions: Report to the HQ (CFO) Prepare annual operating plans for select assets/portfolios in collaboration with cross-divisional stakeholders. Prepare long term forecast for same select assets/portfolios in collaboration with cross-divisional stakeholders. Perform monthly actual-to-plan variance analysis; prepare and analyse Key Performance Indicators (KPI). Prepare monthly and quarterly financial reports. Operate financial planning and analysis tool sets; suggest improvements to related processes and procedures. Ad-hoc business performance reporting. Collaborate with key internal stakeholders to support the acquisition, management, and operation of renewable energy assets. Support annual audit, tax preparation and other corporate reporting requirements. Manage 7-10 analyst direct-reports supporting the above business objectives and deliverables. Business Management Degree or similar At least 15 years of previous experience in a similar role. High level of English is a must Previous experience within the renewable energy industry is a must
