Job Description : International Sales and Export Manager Location: Malaysia FMCG COMPANY Experience: should have worked in seasonsing/premix exports Key Responsibilities: 1. Development and sales of premix products in export market 2. Devise strategies towards the achievement of maximum profitability and growth in line with Premix Division & Company Target / Goals. 3. Establish plans and strategies to expand customer base and premix footprint in the export market. Key Role: A. Business and Sales Development • Develop business plan and sales strategy for premix products in export market that ensures attainment of company sales goals and profitability. • Prepares action plans for effective search of sales leads and prospects. • Create and conduct proposal presentations and RFP responses. • Initiate and coordinate the development of action plans to penetrate new markets. • Responsible for the development and performances of export customers / distributors. • Ensure that all accounts are met or exceed all activity standards for prospecting calls, appointments, presentations, proposals, and closes. B. Account Management • Conducts review with customers / distributors / partners / stakeholders to build more effective communications, to understand their needs, and to provide insight for the improvement of their sales and activity performance. • Maintain contact and cooperate with all clients in the market area to ensure high levels of client satisfaction. • Provide timely, accurate, competitive pricing on all completed prospect while striving to maintain maximum profit margin. C. Marketing Planning and Execution • Develop and implement overseas marketing plans. • Control marketing expenses to meet budget guidelines. • Conduct and understand market specific research as well as monitor market competitiveness. • Understanding market specific product and assists in the product development work with category product and technical team. D. Management Updates & Company Ethic Compliance • Provide timely business development and sales feedback to management regarding performance. • Ensure that all business activity is conducted in line with company values, policies, and ethics codes of conduct. Adhere to all the company policies, procedures and business ethics codes and ensures that they are communicated and implemented within the customers. • Undertake any other activity as reasonably requested by company.
