Job Description : PRODUCTION MANAGER NIGERIA FOR SALT A Salt Manufacturing company in Nigeria is looking for a seasoned Production Manager Your Role: - Reporting directly to the Plant Manager, the Production Manager will build a strong culture within the factory and play a leading role in ensuring KPIs of Production are monitored and achieved. - Supervising daily production activities through close monitoring and coordination with Production Supervisors, ensuring Production at 100% rate of the agreed weekly plan, resolving all labor related issues, developing an open culture of learning and development and leading timely review meetings would be the primary tasks. - Competent Production Managers with Engineering Background having at least 15+ years of management experience under their belt having strong exposure to Salt line would be the ideal match.
