Job Description : CEO Location: Tamil Nadu Offer CTC: upto 1.0 Cr + Variable + Bonus Must have strong exposure to working in Southern India and be fluent in Tamil or Malayalam. Experience: 15 to 20 years in Commercial and P&L management for Ayurveda, FMCG, Food & Beverage, Organic Food and Healthcare companies. Should be strong at managing multiple stakeholders and has an adaptive and agile mindset. KRA's: 1. Planning & strategizing the business 2. Creating and Implementing Annual Business Plan 3. Leading the Marketing, Sales, manufacturing, supply chain & distribution operations to ensure they deliver the desired results and are consistent with the overall strategy 4. Complete P&L Responsibility for the entire business 5. Oversees financial performance and manages cash flow while ensuring all the regulatory obligations are met 6. Oversees brand development and the implementation of effective marketing strategies 7. Exploring and developing new business opportunities and development of new products 8. Analysing company operations; identifying opportunities for improvement: cost reduction, quality improvement, systems enhancement, technology upgradation 9. Creates an environment and culture that focuses on the achievement of company strategy & business plan 10. Building high quality leadership and functional teams.
