12 yearsJob Description : ADMIN MANAGER ANGOLA Manage the operational processes of the Admin & General Services (GS) function in company Group and ensure all governance structures are in place and implemented. This include a broad range of people and task related matters as included in the Job Description and Job Responsibilities Key outputs to be achieved by the role: - Manage all Admin & GS task and people processes according to company policy and legislative requirements, refer to relevant shared Folder - Manage and control all relevant documents and ensure controls and security is in place - Assist/Compile the monthly payroll with all supporting documentation and submit for approval and processing. - Ensure the relevant files are complete and up-to-date. -Ensure the Admin & GS Task Maps are up-to-date and that the relevant actions are completed timeously and efficiently Planning cycle: - Assist/Compile the payroll with all deductions monthly (daily absenteeism reports). - Plan the implementation of the performance management process.- Quarterly - Submit monthly reports. - Weekly Team mtgs to address Task Maps Level of authority: - Take decisions in own area of responsibility - Escalate matters outside of decision making authority to the CEO. Major challenges: - Manage the diverse cultures in Company Group and work towards company Group culture. - Receiving information to input to the payroll on time e.g. timesheets, leave etc. - Planning tasks and communication of these to relevant Managers - Ensuring Company Assets are protected and free from abuse - Staff welfare is careterd for -B Degree / Diploma in Human Resources / Psychology. / Administration -At least 12 years experience in Operations in a manufacturing environment. -Language: Portuguese and English. The position would be on contract basis for 2/3 yrs. Renewable on mutual consent.
