Job Description : Head- Program Management -Chemical Organisation Responsibilities Planning & Designing the Commercialization & R&D Program , Proactively Monitoring its Progress, Resolving issues & initiating Appropriate Corrective Action Defining the Program's Governance Arrangements Ensuring Effective Quality Assurance & the Overall Integrity of the Program Managing the Program's Budget On behalf of the CEO, Monitoring Expenditure & Costs Against Delivered & Realized Benefits as the Program Progresses Ensuring the Delivery of New Products or Services from Projects is to the Appropriate level of Quality, on Time & within Budget Managing Communications with All Stakeholders Managing Both the Dependencies & the interfaces Between Projects Managing Risks to the Program's Successful Outcome Reporting the Progress of the Program at Regular Intervals to the CEO or Program Director Strategize & Drive various Operation Excellence Initiatives Create & Implementation of a long-term Strategy for New Product Development for Intermediates or finished Products Create a Plan for existing Products Portfolio in Collaboration with R&D to Make the Existing Products Competitive in Market. To Drive high Impact Projects on Cost Optimisation , Process Improvement Projects on Efficiency improvement, Change Over Reduction, Yield Improvement, Man Power Productivity Improvement & Energy Saving Projects. Develop Strategic Operational Goals to Exceed Customer Expectations for Product Quality, Cost & Delivery, Maximizing Efficiency, Optimizing Production levels & Driving Operational Excellence. Work Closely with Internal & External Key Stakeholders, Regarding Technical Support for Activities, Striving for Best in Class Products & Business Practices to Deliver to the Customer’s Expectations Evaluate the Challenges faced by the Business & Take Action to Mitigate Risks & Develop Opportunities. Contribute to Overall Business Strategy & Annual Budget Process. Qualifications & Exp. Bachelor’s Degree in Chemical Engineering. With PGDM Degree About 20 years of Exp in ERP Production Reporting Platform & Project Management in Any Chemical /API Organisation Excellent Analytical & Problem-Solving Skills with a Good level of Understanding of Business Requirements
