Job Description : AGM ETHIOPIA 15+ years experience a leading regional manufacturing Group listed on the Nairobi Securities Exchange with operations in Mauritius, Kenya, Rwanda, Ethiopia, Dubai and Mozambique. It operates in Fmcg, Food, Cosmetics, Plastics and trading. It was founded in 1989 and now employs over 1,000 people, who are focused on delivering quality, value and innovation to improve their customer’s lives. · Developing manufacturing and operational strategic plans and generally overseeing the implementation to ensure maximum capacity utilization of the manufacturing units towards achieving the groups strategy, growth and profit objectives. · The GM must submit to the CEO / Director weekly the material position. · Oversee planning and implementation of production plans including receiving sales forecasts; requisition for procurement of raw materials; and manufacturing of products . · The GM must hold a Management meeting on a monthly basis to iron out all the problems faced and progress made on various issues for the month. The minutes of the meeting is to be forwarded to the CEO / Director · Responsible for formulating policies, programs, and objectives affecting the schedule, quality, and cost of manufactured products. Directing and co-coordinating production according to quality and quantity specifications within cost objectives. · Identify and advice the group on technological advances to meet the groups competitive objectives within the marketplace. · Oversee creation and delivery of press releases, corporate communication, advertisements, and other marketing materials. · Analyse market trends and recommend changes to marketing and business development strategies based on analysis and feedback. · Analysis market trends globally and in Kenya and suggest New Product Development. · Key account management: sales and marketing · Ensure brand messages are consistent and gather and analyse customer insight. · · AGM-JOB DESCRIPTION; · Prepare monthly reports and provide effective recap of previous years performance and reviews. · Develop and implement an operational plan for reservations and provide sales forecast to executive management. · Design various innovative marketing strategies to increase sales for all product launches. · Maintain all activities related to product marketing and provide support to sales and establish effective marketing communication. · Develop and maintain good professional relationships with main accounts and strategic partners of company. · Coordinate with marketing team to determine international marketing application and ensure compliance with company’s rule. · Analyze and identify appropriate partner for each product in geographic market. · Monitor and recommend improvement to sales plans to achieve all key business objectives. · Provide new business setups and implement same for new product lines and ensure growth. · Provide and implement various company pricing policies. · Design sales contacts for all vertical markets. · Maintain efficient relationship with all international customers. · Establish sales campaigns targeted at specific vertical and product markets. · Administer sales pipeline and improve opportunities for sales. · Assist global agents with technical backup, project implementation for all marketing strategies. ROLES AND RESPONSIBILTIES; · Displaying the uses of the commodities and effectively of the services of the organization to the clients · Adjusting the commodities of the company to the benefit of the foreign clients and making specific business transactions with them. · Planning and inspiring the whole sales workforce in the specific section of the organization · Upholding the sales documents and reports of the business deals and audits of the clients · Formulating the annual, half yearly, monthly and daily reports of the sales profits of the establishment · Designing and enforcing some task undertaking strategies in the organization for providing sales bookings · Making sales predictions for the administration section and personnel of the company · Developing and enhancing different creative selling plans and programs and implementing them to step up the sales of all the commodities and services when they are set up in the company · Upholding the sales activities in the organization with respect to commodity merchandising · Backing up the sales of the establishment and maintaining efficient and functional selling and merchandising interactions with the clients · Enhancing and upholding good bonds with the international clients to step up the business of the establishment · Working in the sales unit of the organization to decide or estimate the number of global sales uses · Making sure that the sales operations are completed in agreement with the regulations and policies of the organization · Observing the defects in the sales strategies of the establishment and making improvements in them · Suggesting the application of new sales programs and strategies in order to achieve the sales quotas and business sales targets of the organization · Developing, improving and maintaining sales interactions for upholding the business growth of the establishment · Organizing sales crusades within the organization that are aimed at hierarchic commodity trade and retail stores · Supervising and overseeing the selling pipeline of the organization and enhancing its sales possibilities The Sr.Management Team from Kenya will be here in India in January 2023 3rd week for F2F interviews in Mumbai and Delhi
