Job Description : Compensation & Benefits Analyst – Dubai – 25,000 AED plus benefits · Working for a leading energy and environmental business, with a global presence and $bn turnover. · This role is based in Dubai working in the corporate human resources team. · This role is focused on the medium term business plan process including staff costs management and reporting. Supporting the C&B function across the region. · Candidates should have a strong accounting background and understand staff costing, budgeting, cost allocation, ledger management and general HR principles. Candidates must have a relevant degree, 8+ years experience and GCC experience. · This opportunity is offering an all-inclusive salary of circa 25,000 AED plus family status VISA, flights and medical insurance.
