Job Description : Project Manager / Abu Dhabi – Must have strong experience in Project Management Domain i.e. telecommunication or ICT - PMP Certification is a Must - Must be Bilingual ( Arabic & English ) - Excellent client-facing and internal communication skills - Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office and of project management tools Role and Responsibilities ü Define the project management process to be applied to the project. ü Select team members and, if cross-functional as the Core Team Leader, select Core Team Members. ü Prepare project plan and obtain management approval of the project plan. ü Apply project resources according to the approved project plan. ü Analyze risk and instigate avoidance activities. Establish contingency plans and identify trigger events and responsibility for initiating corrective action. ü Involve functional expertise in design reviews and key decisions as well as risk strategies. ü Assure timely adaptive action is taken. ü Manage change to preserve business plan commitments. Initiate Phase Review if objectives must change. ü Negotiate the performance of activities with team members and their managers. ü Liaison between stakeholders, to ensure they are informed and engaged ü Coordination of Project Reporting Process
