Senior Engineer

Job Description : Sr. Engineer – Operation & Maintenance (Ore Crushing Plant)* *Experience: 08+ years* *Education: BE / B. Tech – Mechanical Engineering* • *Candidate must have experience from Mineral ore beneficiation plant or Stone Crushing plant* • *Candidate must have Operation & Maintenance of Jaw Crusher, Cone Crusher (must), Belt conveyors, Screen & Vibrating feeders, Slurry pumps* • Effective utilization of plant & equipment and improve the plant production from 70 tph to 100 tph • *Prepare & implementation of preventative maintenance schedule of Cone Crusher, Belt Conveyors* • Installation and commissioning of 200 tph ore crushing plant • *Perform troubleshooting, diagnosis, and analysis of the major breakdown problems* • *Coordinate with allied functions and departments i.e. operations, workshop, stores and safety for smooth operation of plant* • *Monitor inventory records, consumption patterns to plan for procurement of spares and items* • *Language Known: English, French & Swahili*
