Business Unit Head

Job Description : BUSINESS UNIT HEAD UAE A leading organization in the fast-moving consumer good segment with a healthy portfolio of luxury retail are looking for a seasoned professional to lead the business unit.The role sits within a lean structure and requires an agile professional who has a range of expertise in leading the business unit and establishing retail channels. Additionally, you would be responsible for expanding and developing the retail channels and focusing mainly on the Fragrances and perfumes side of the business unit, defining the overall sales strategy in increasing the market share by identifying gaps, and ensuring that the team is delivering at a higher level. Monitor the country’s performance against the targets, be accountable for the complete P&L, Drive the KPIs, set and drive plans to improve margins, and lead negotiations with principals and major retail chains. 15 + years of holistic experience in FMCG with hands-on experience in fragrances and perfumes. Financial acumen with success stories in driving top-line sales, innate ability to lead others through the change curve, and developing collaborative relationships with others. Intellectual agility to identify opportunities and an insatiable “growth monster”. Present or prior UAE experience is a must-have.Candidates with strong experience in Personal and Home care are welcome to apply as well.
