Finance Controller

Job Description : FC SINGAPORE FOR REAL ESTATE for a high performing Financial Controller to lead the finance function for the division. This role will be based in the heart of Singapore's CBD. Responsibilities: • Lead the finance, accounting, tax, legal & compliance function for the property business segment. • Ability to create internal controls, structuring of property investments, financial reporting, cashflow forecasts, planning & supporting cross border transactions. • Support the business head in finance transactions and investments/acquisitions • Manage/control the credit and counter party risks • Liaise with auditor and tax agents To be successful in this role you will be Big4 trained in Accounting and have experience working in the real estate industry.
