Job Description : Vice president. KSA · Division: Energy service. Duties and responsibilities: Strategic Duties · Developing medium and short-term plans and executive programs and setting goals and objectives · Supervising the implementation of the company’s plans as well as ensuring their compliance with group’s policies and the sector's set objectives · Ensuring that work activities are carried out according to the pre-set performance goals, and suggesting any necessary actions to the CEO Business Development and Client Relationship Management · Highlighting various factors (internal/external, political/economic) this may influence business plans. · Understanding risks and suggesting mitigation measures. · Identifying, and reviewing strategically important business opportunities in Oil & Gas sector Financial Management · Approving budget, directing, and coordinating formulation of financial strategies and plans to provide funding for new or continuing operations to maximize returns on investments and to increase efficiency · Monitoring the financial performance ; operating the capital budgets; monthly financial statements, managing cash flows; and reviewing income and costs relative to the goals and taking effective corrective actions as necessary People Management · Providing effective and inspiring leadership to direct reports. · Establishing, and delegating departmental responsibilities. · Ensuring that staff is equipped with the requisite knowledge. · Managing and conducting performance appraisals for subordinates according to scheduled plans and recommending necessary actions as per the applied practices Executive and Technical Duties · Conferring with Top Management to plan business goals and strategies, developing organizational policies, coordinating functions and operations between the different organizational entities, and establishing responsibilities and procedures for attaining anticipated goals · Implementing general policies established by Top Management, directing, and enforcing their administration and execution Required Educational Level: Bachelor’s degree in Finance and Accounting, Engineering or any relevant filed. MBA is preferred Required Experience: 15-20 years of experience, at least 8 of them in a managerial role Professional Knowledge: · Professional Knowledge in Resources Management · Professional Knowledge in Finance and Marketing · Professional Knowledge in Administration and Supervision · Professional Knowledge in Industrial Lab
