Job Description : GM COMMERCIAL DRC FOR BEVERAGE INDUSTRY 20+ years experience · Responsible for operations, sales, HR & commercial activities of the business unit. · P&L Responsibility · Prepare a strategic plan for the business unit. · Overseeing Accounts Payable/Receivable, commercial · Monitor daily financial transactions at unit level Check sales invoices and determine cash and stock variances. · Preparation of periodic budgets and ensure adherence to the budgets for specific departments, projects, and business needs at unit level · Ensuring the unit is compliant with accounting standards. · Implement standard operating procedures (SOPs) and ensure their adherence by concerned teams Africa Experience is Must Experience in the beverage industry
