Job Description : SALES MANAGER FOR FMCG SALES AND EXPORTS KENYA 15-20 years experience Job Profile Institutional Sales · Responsible for conceiving and developing strategies to get Institutional Customers and Corporates on board besides alternative distribution channel. · Devise Joint Business Plan with major accounts on consumer promotions and marketing activities to drive and achieve overall objectives for the channel · Formulating Strategy, implementing through various teams, monitoring and up-scaling of the project after successful prototyping. · Established distribution and vendor infrastructure within the optimal cost limits for Gifting and alternate channel · Management of service team for smoother equipment management , team development and coordination for people management and support through logical sales projection, business plan cutting weekly, monthly, quarterly & yearly review Export Sales · Managing the existing export business while adding new countries to the portfolio in Africa · Directing the conceptualisation & implementation of competitive strategies for driving sales, developing as well as expanding market share towards the achievement of revenue & profitability targets · Evaluating, identifying and proposing new business opportunities and strategic alliances in new markets, and negotiate contracts and closes deals in the assigned countries to achieve the set targets · Identifying and networking with prospective key stakeholders, generating business from the existing accounts and achieving profitability and increased sales growth · Utilising client referrals & personal network to develop marketing intelligence for generating leads; exploring and developed new clients and negotiated with them for securing profitable business · Manage and grow business in select overseas markets by effective brand marketing and by driving the local distributor sales force. · Conducting market research, coordinated with the product development team and the sales team for devising a pricing and marketing strategy for individual country Perks and Benefits Net Savings $1200 - $1800 Per Month + Family Accommodation + Food + Transport + Local Salary +Child Education + Medical + Insurance + All Other Expat Benefits
