Manufacturing Head

Job Description : MANUFACTURING HEAD SPAIN Industrial company manufacturer of electronic components needs to incorporate Director / Head of Manufacturing for its production center in Barcelona Activities/Tasks: - Comply with the provisions of the company's Prevention Policy - Correctly manage waste (according to the Management system Environmental implanted in the company) generated in the workplace. - Design and develop the Production Plan, in accordance with the Strategic Plan. Supervise and control the feasibility of production plans and processes. Management of indirect and direct production personnel. Provide support and Motivation to factory staff. - Establish production objectives and communicate them to the staff responsible for shifts. - Communicate critical issues to company management. - Plan and manage the necessary resources. - Establish the organization of the production system to achieve sales - Establish the necessary budgets and investments for the maintenance and development of facilities. - Coordinate with the maintenance manager the correct operation production facilities and plan annual maintenance of the machines. - Coordinate the launch of new products. - Strive to reduce expenses and increase productivity in all product lines. Required studies: - Degree in Engineering. - High english level. Specific knowledge: - Office automation at user level. - ERP Software. Required experience: - Experience in team management. - In-depth knowledge of production management. - Demonstrable experience as production manager. Skills: - Decision capacity. - Analysis capacity. - Communication skills. - Proactivity. - Persistent. - Oriented to results.
