Contracts Manager

Job Description : Manager - Contracts (Regional Role - Africa) based out of East Africa for our Transmission and Distribution Business. The applicant should be from EPC Industry, with extensive international experience (Preferably in African countries like Uganda,Mozambique, Morocco, Togo, Burkina etc ) in following: In Pre & Post Contracts. End-to-end contract formulation activities including pre qualifications of bidders, preparation, or compilation of request for proposals tendering process, bid evaluation, post tender clarifications, negotiations, preparation of award plan, preparation of letter of intent and preparation or compilation of final contract document for all contracting activities Represented Contracts Handling Claims, disputes, scope variation, managing change order / contract amendment and close out.
