Finance Manager

Job Description : FINANCE MANAGER DRC 10+ years experience Should have experience in Financial Audit, Tax planning and projection, Financial Statement, and Legal Accounting. 1. Coordinate with each company’s legal accountant and supervise them in updating payments and adjustments in the Legal Books on a weekly/monthly basis. 2. Generate monthly Financial Statements of Legal Books for each business in the group. 3. Supervise the preparation of monthly Bank reconciliations, schedules of Suppliers, Customers, and Advances by each business legal accountant and consolidate these for review by HoD. 4. Support HoD in the preparation of projected Financial Statements along with a comparison with actuals and Tax Projection scenarios for presentation to the management. 5. Handle year-end updation of Statutory Financial Statements of the Group Companies, its audit by the Auditor/Tax Advisor, and its submission to DGI & CPCC as per deadlines. Support HoD in his review and revision of SOPs / Business Processes with a Tax & Compliance perspective and implement it across the group. Core Deliverables / Decisions: • Financial statements, P&L analysis, and Balance Sheet schedules. • Statutory Financial audit & declarations
