Job Description : Chief Manufacturing Officer -Chemicals (To Handle Multiple Plants ) Looking for a Dynamic & an Inspiring leader to lead the Organisation as Chief Manufacturing Officer & Manage Multiple Plants Would be Responsible for Manufacturing Operations , Technical Services , Operational Excellence & Health Safety & Environment A Technically Sound Professional Capable to Manage Technical Operations with a Passion to Drive Change & Implement long term Strategy of the Organisation Achievement Orientation on Targets & Ensure On time Delivery of finished Products to the Customers. Would Manage & Leverage on Optimum Utilisation of Resources , Drive Efficiency , Cost Optimisation Plan , Productivity Improvements through Lean & Manufacturing Excellence Tools. Implement & Monitor Quality Management Systems. Health, Safety & Env. & Create a Strong ECO System at the Plant Management of Internal /External Environment & Lead CSR Initiatives Qualification & Experience The Incumbent Should be a Chemical Engineer from a Good Institute with About 25-30 years of Experience in any Chemical Organisation Should Possess Strong Leadership & Communication Skill
