Job Description : PLANT HEAD BENIN Wapack Industries Benin, an upcoming leader in manufacturing corrugated cartons, is seeking a Plant Head for its new factory in Benin, West Africa. The selected candidate will be based in Benin, and will report directly to the Managing Director of the company We are looking to hire a suitable candidate for Carton/ Packaging Industries. · Responsibility for plant output and efficiency · Responsible for product and raw material quality · Responsible for plant maintenance planning and implementation · Responsible for raw material requirements generation · Responsible for the plant's operational costs and budget Desired Candidate Profile · Minimum 10 years professional experience in kraft paper cartons manufacturing industry · Minimum 3 to 5 years experience in plant/production/quality management role · Demonstrated technical proficiency in manufacturing and quality of cartons · Good English speaking and communication skills · Experience in managing and leading diverse teams · Seeking to grow with the organization · Experience working on MS Excel, MS Word and Production ERP · Minimum qualification of Bachelor's degree in Management/Engineering or Similar Perks and Benefits - CTC (cost to company) Package estimated at INR 16 to 18 lacs per annum. Net Package at INR 12 to 14 pacs per Annum. Company to provide lodging, food, medical, annual travel to India.
