Job Description : Head -Civil Construction -Chemical/API Projects Responsibilities Responsible for the Construction of Projects from Conception to Completion In-Depth Project Review to Schedule Deliverables & Estimate Costs Oversee & Monitor Compliance with Building & Safety Regulations Coordinate & Direct Construction Staff & Contractors Select Tools, Materials & Equipment & Track Inventory Review the Work Progress on Daily Basis Prepare Internal & External Reports Pertaining to job Status Negotiate Agreements, Draft Contracts & Obtain Permits & licences Analyse, Manage & Mitigate risks Ensure Quality Construction Standards & the Use of Proper Construction Techniques Requirements B.tech Civil Engineering With About 15 -20 years of Experience in Any Chemical /API Pharmaceutical Organisation Proven working Experience in Construction Management Advanced Knowledge of Construction Management Processes, Means and Methods Expert knowledge of Building Products, Construction Details & Relevant Rules, Regulations & Quality Standards Ability to Plan & See the “Big Picture” Excellent Time & Project Management Skills
