Job Description : E Commerce Head (GM) with one of leading MNC in consumer durable based at Gurgaon. Candidates with 10+ yrs of work experience with relevant experience of 4+yrs working for E Commerce preferably from the same industry will be an ideal match for this role. Below is the crisp details of the Job: Drive the relationship for the organisation with all online portals, bringing in global best practices, driving all category negotiations and managing overall e-commerce advertising spends. Manage organisations e-commerce strategy for all product categories. Handle organisations online brands and Lead the sales, marketing and product functions for the brand and be responsible for revenue and profitability of the division. Established and managed processes which have made organisation the benchmark for best in class conversion, product ratings and e-commerce marketing. Mentor a team of managers. Education: MBA (proffered from good college Tier 1/2/3) Experience: 10+ yrs Industry Preferred: FMCD/FMCG/E Commerce/Mobiles & Electronics (Current/Previous) Offered CTC will range between 70.00 - 80.00 LPA.
