Job Description : HR MANAGER NIGERIA 10+ years experience who will recruit, support, and develop talent through developing policies and managing procedures. He will be responsible for administrative tasks and will contribute to making the company a better place to work. · Recruits, interviews, hires, and trains new staff for employees and Mentor HR staff. · Oversees the daily workflow of the department. · Provides constructive and timely performance evaluations. · Handles discipline and termination of employees in accordance with company policy. · Excellent verbal and written communication skills · Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills. · Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail. · Thorough understanding of country-specific employment laws as warranted. · Ability to comprehend, interpret, and apply the appropriate sections of applicable laws, guidelines, regulations, ordinances, and policies. · Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. · Strong supervisory and leadership skills. · Ability to prioritize tasks and to delegate them when appropriate. · Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite or related software. · Master's degree, MBA or a related advanced degree preferred with at least 10 years experience.
