Finance Manager

Job Description : FINANCE MANAGER UK and EUROPE a leader in APAC within Luxury goods, they have recently opened their London and Amsterdam office and start their journey of expansion and long term growth into North America They require a proven Finance Manager to join their small and diverse team that are in the early stages. This role will work with the CEO and Senior Management and will be responsible for developing financial strategies for the organisation. The successful candidate needs to be comfortable handling large amounts of data, acting as a business partner, decision maker, and providing regular financial reporting. Responsibilities will include but not me limited to; Complete financial accounting, budgeting, and forecasting Maintain a robust control environment and lead the company's compliance activities around audit and tax Produce monthly financial statements Prepare monthly performance reporting for internal stakeholders (eg channel profitability, category performance, gross margin analysis, marketing and trade spend ROI) Support CEO with board and shareholder reporting Cashflow management including oversight of AP, AR, and Payroll Support the CEO with the provision of financial, strategic, and key decision leadership and advice. Develop, improve, and implement accounting and financial management systems, policies, and procedures consistent with strategic and operational plans and funding. Drive process improvements and engender a culture of continuous improvement. Support operations team in the delivery of key production performance metrics Qualifications, minimum 512years of relevant experience Experience working in manufacturing/FMCG or product based environments Fluency in Microsoft Office suite (Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint, etc.) Detail-oriented and analytical Previous experience preparing and presenting financial information to senior stakeholders.
