Job Description : BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT DIRECTOR USA Salary: $130,000-150,000 Location: Pennsylvania, USA This role will require you to lead the sales growth and identify new opportunities within the pharmaceutical industry. You will be responsible for developing and maintaining relationships with clients across the US. This will be whilst forming cross-functional relationships internally to fulfill projects. Overall responsibility will be to drive sales growth and identify opportunities. Building strong client relationships and forming new business partnerships. Manage proposals for sales opportunities. Provide market intelligence to implement strategies to increase market share and revenue. Be an important part of the ongoing liaison between groups internally and the external customer. Traveling to prospective client sites and presenting the organization's capabilities. Degree-level education in Pharmaceutical or Chemistry. Have a technical understanding to be able to engage in discussions with scientists. 25+ years of professional experience in Sales/Business Development within pharmaceutical CDMOs. Business-level spoken and written English.
