Coordinated the HR Evolution project: Workday/HR- SAP HR Self-service implementation and HR service delivery structure change through Shared services delivery. Implemented the business unit new leadership structure and culture change project, while supporting the VAT impact assessment project. Provided subject matter expertise in the completion of restructures, demergers and M&A projects in line with corporate strategies. Aligned business strategies with international and local corporate guidelines, procedures, and policies, assisting leaders create an engaging work culture and environment, ensuring talent retention for optimum business performance. Oversaw management of staff and career path including promotions, assignments, and transfers, supporting continuous learning and professional development, and mentoring the leaders for a healthy workplace. Advised management on job leveling, and compensation and benefits ensuring remuneration structure, pay policies and employee programs aligned with regulatory compliance and industry standards. Ensured adherence to local employment laws and changes, advising Managers and coaching individuals on how to best handling disputes, legal cases, terminations, turnover evaluation, and retention plans.
